MATERIAL SECTION
The process of supply of SIM (Study material ) has been decentralized. Regional Centre Jammu gets material from MPDD, IGNOU New Delhi and supply to students by hand/by post or through respective study Centres. SIM (study material has been issued to the students by hand at Jammu, in some cases through their respective learner Centres and in most of the cases by post by the Regional Centre. However, there are some students who have either not received any material or provided partial material. They will be supplied the material very soon. Inconvenience caused is deeply regretted.
